I've dedicated three decades to the restaurant industry, serving in various roles such as innkeeper, front-of-the-house manager, and chef/baker in fine establishments across the beautiful Berkshire Hills Region.
I take pride in successfully organizing events for esteemed organizations like the CT Judicial System, CT Mutual Aid, Mass Mutual Aid, and RI Mutual Aid, as well as curating memorable weddings and private wine tastings throughout the area.
My culinary journey led me to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where I honed my skills and collaborated with some of the finest chefs in the Berkshires.
I'm passionate about exploring and creating new and exciting baked goods, which I love to share with friends and family.
I reside in CT with my family, including my beloved rescue dog, Gracie.
